PhantomFX Signs MoU with ELCOT and Reaffirms Commitment to Propel Growth of VFX and Animation Industry

We are pleased to announce that PhantomFX (Phantom Digital Effects Limited) has signed an investment and organizational Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu (ELCOT) at UmagineTN 2026. The MoU was exchanged in the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. M.K. Stalin, marking a significant step toward strengthening Tamil Nadu’s technology and creative innovation ecosystem.

Speaking on the occasion, Binu Joshua, Chief Operating Officer, PhantomFX, said,
