The AVGC community came together once again at Bengaluru GAFX 2026, the annual gathering for the Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and immersive technology ecosystem supported by the Government of Karnataka. The event continues to bring together artists, studios, students, and global leaders on one platform to exchange ideas and shape the future of digital storytelling.

At this year’s edition, PhantomFX joined the conversation through the panel “Frames of Freedom - VFX Making of Saare Jahan Se Accha,” sharing insights into the visual effects work behind the Netflix Original series. During the session, Chandrasekhar Thanvi, Head of Studio - Mumbai, and Jayesh Kishandas Vaishnav, VFX Supervisor, spoke about the creative and technical process involved in building the visual world of the show.
